How to get more traffic to your website or blog for free

My No 1. Quick easy tip if you think you have a great site and want more traffic:
Comment on other blogs in your area:
- Make sure they are high quality sites
- Leave a relevant comment talking about their post or asking a question about their post.
- Include a link to your site
Submit your URL to directories. DMOZ is a great general directory. Find a directory that is specific to your blog's topic.
SEO Search engine optimization
Use social media: facebook, twitter, pinterest
Submit articles based on the subject of your site on squidoo, ezine articles, hubpages.
